David attended our 8/21 meeting during which Citizen advocate Dawn McGaha presented a critique of Dover City leadership. He will be given equal time to present the city's point of view on the issues raised on 8/21.

Please Note: Colonial position on controversial programs:

1) Dover Colonial Rotary Club shall stay politically neutral. There will be no political candidate programs.

2) In the event there is a topic to which there may be dissenting or opposing points of view, a person representing each point of view shall be given one program date to present a Colonial Rotary program, without interruption from those holding opposing views. Then, a person representing the opposing point of view will be given one program date to present a Colonial Rotary program, without interruption from those holding opposing views.
