Deleila Alloui, the Milton Hershey School's Mid Atlantic Regional Recruiter for "Houseparents" will be our special guest at this Friday's Club meeting. "Houseparents", are adult caregivers that live full-time in a student home on campus and function much like a foster parent / residential parent for a group of students.
Founded in 1909 by Milton S. Hershey (yes: THAT Milton Hershey - the chocolate magnate!) and his wife Catherine after they were unable to have children of their own, the school gives underprivileged children stable home, education, and opportunities. It is often cited as one of the most successful philanthropic educational institutions in U.S. history.
Rotarians from other clubs, and friends of the Colonial Rotary Club, We'd ❤️ for you to join us for breakfast! Please click the link below for directions. And as usual, there Will Be Breakfast From US 13 Grill (while it lasts)!

He was the Master of Ceremonies during the fellowship portion of our club meetings, and his one-of-a-kind humor and good cheer are irreplaceable. Art was the personification of what a Rotarian should be. He will be sorely missed. ... See MoreSee Less
