The Dover Colonial Rotary Club is a non-political and non-sectarian organization of people who share a passion for community service, volunteerism, fellowship, and fun. We have engaging club meetings about twice a month and also hold enjoyable monthly social functions. We also plan, coordinate, sponsor, and participate in community volunteer activities and fundraising initiatives for worthy causes.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend and brother, Art Gilbert. Art has been the very Heart and Sole of the Colonial Rotary Club for many, many years. He was the Master of Ceremonies during the fellowship portion of our club meetings, and his one-of-a-kind humor and good cheer are irreplaceable.
