Mike is the Principal Planner at the Dover/Kent County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), which is the federally designated agency responsible for coordinating multi-modal transportation planning and programming in Kent County, Delaware. The MPO’s mission is to ensure that long-range plans and short-term projects follow federal requirements for efficiency, air quality, equity, and public participation.
