DCRC General Assembly Meeting
We need to address some pressing matters of Club Business as a Group. Topics Will Include
1.) Flags for Delaware
This is our MAJOR FUNDRAISER for the year, so we’ll be getting started! We’re going to review this year’s sales strategy.
2.) Chamber of Commerce
We’re going to review our strategy for leveraging our club’s membership.
3.) INTERACT
This is our counterpart in Dover High School.
4.) SUCCESSION
We need a volunteer to be the New Club President for 2026 (It’s not that big a deal; you basically just have to run the meetings).
5.) Membership Recruitment & Discover Rotary
Review of the discover Rotary presentation I’ve created for our club. Perhaps use our annual Christmas Party toward that end.
6.) Program Speakers & The Foundation
Suggestions for Programs and Worthy Causes we should consider supporting; Ideally things that have a little P.R. value.
7.) Club Shirts
We’ll be taking orders.
