Mr. Fesel is the Truancy & Homeless Education Liaison for Grades PreK-5. He works to ensure that students experiencing homelessness remain educationally stable and that barriers to regular school attendance are removed. Rod will be talking about back to school and the needs of homeless students in the district.

Colonial Rotary will be partnering with Wesley United Methodist Church, Capital School District and anyone else who wants to join in to provide for their needs this Fall. Please reach out to us if you can lend a hand!
